Overview
In the development of our arc spray product range, especially in respect of the ARC150 system, we have created a number of product improvements that increase long term reliability and coating finish. This upgrade kit allows users of existing ARC140 systems to upgrade their equipment and take advantage of these improvements.

- New contact tube/tip design – longer consumable life and finer finish
- New uprated drive unit – more reliable wire feed, especially for long distances and hard-to-feed wires
- Reversible drive rollers – double the life of the feed rollers
